We plan to cover: 

• ORX’s Strategic Vision for operational and non-financial risk – the pathway to success – by Steve Bishop, Research & Information Director at ORX
• What are the transformations businesses are undergoing?
• Understanding consequences of this transformation for non-financial risks
• Examine and discuss some of the core components of this vision in breakout groups.
• Exploring a real-time approach from ING Bank – by Mariëlle Malestein, Head Risk Culture and Behavioural Risk; Gerben Weitenberg, Head Integrated Non Financial Risk, Central Services & Digitalisation; Iris Hinterberger, Head Non-Financial Risk Wholesale Banking and Olaf van Gelder, Chief Control Officer Wholesale Banking Transformation Office.
• Networking drinks and snacks to connect.

Time and Location

• Monday 4 November 15:30 till 19:00 (Netherlands time). The program itself between 16:00-18:00.
• Venue – CHANGED! In person at ING Headquarters in Bijlmer – Cedar building,
  Bijlmerdreef 106, Amsterdam Zuidoost

The event will be a hybrid of English and Dutch languages, to allow organisations to present in their operating language and have an open discussion.

Price and further instructions

• You can sign up for the event via DABOR website latest by Thursday 31 October 17:00. Registrations after this date maynot be possible due to logistical reasons. 
• Shortly before the event, the registered participants will receive an e-mail confirmation about the event with latest information.  
• We encourage you to come by public transport, the venue is walking distance from Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena station. If you wish you arrive by car, please use public parking possibilities. 
• Joining DABOR events is free of charge for people who are connected with DABOR as an individual participant or join on behalf of a corporate participant, since both pay annual contributions.
• For all others, joining an event one-off is of course possible. The costs are EUR 150. If this cost is applicable to you we will contact you about the payment shortly, but encourage you to consider joining DABOR as a regular participant with annual contribution – you will get access to much more!
