Please join us at the DABOR event on Monday 3 April in Utrecht!
Main Theme: Soft skills as a critical ingredient to building a trusted 2nd line
We will cover:
- How do you cope with the sheer amount of rules in your day to day work and collaboration with the first line
- What can we do to optimal support, challenge and advise our 1st line?
- How are the expectations from 2nd line changing? What does it mean to our soft skills and do we need to upskill our teams?
